In the story of romeo and Juliet, romeo is in love with another girl. he is love sick and his friends invite him to a party hopeing he can get over her once he sees another beautiful girl. he sees Juliet and instantly falls in love. the problem is their family's hates each other and end up marring each other secretly. Romeo ends up killing Juliet's cousin and he is then banded from the city. Juliet is then forced to marry Paris in hope for everyone to forget the death of Juliet's cousin. she then comes up with a plan, but sadly goes wrong and they both end up dieing.

the plan was that the priest that married both romeo and Juliet was going to give Juliet a potent the night before the marriage to make her appear dead. the family would cancel the wedding and end up throwing a funeral. at night romeo would get her from the tomb, when she would awaken they would leave town. the only problem was that Romeo never received the letter explaining the plan. he ended up killing himself when she saw her lying in the tomb. when she saw him dead she ended up killing herself.

many people were blamed for the death of both romeo and Juliet. some people say that it was the priests fault for Even marring them and giving Juliet the potent in the first place.others blame Juliet's cousin for killing romeos best friend. maybe it was there own fault. i think that the parson to blame was Juliet's mom.

The reason that i blame Juliet's mom is because her mother didn't care that she had no feeling for Paris and she didn't want to marry him. she still ended up forcing them to marry each other. she wasn't acting like a mother and didn't even bother to listen to her. maybe if she was more understanding she proubly would have talked some since into Juliet or at least not forced her to marry Paris.

I think the blame should go on everyone, in my opinion alot of people had something to do with it eaither they knew it or they didnt. For example the capulets were a part of it because they didnt except the fact that romeo and juliet were complete opposites but that they loved each other unconditionally. I think that everyone has something to do with Romeo and Juliets death, but the one that I think that has more to do with it is the Capulates because they were making Juliet marry Paris and Juliet didn't want to because she was already married to Romeo and wanted to be with him and not Paris and if they wouldn't have never made her marry him, the thought of her taking the potion and pretending to be dead would have never came up to her head,and what i think is that maybe if the capulates didn't make her marry paris she would probably just have ran way with Romeo. They think that Edgar died of this desease because in the past 20 years there has been 33 cases reported of human rabies.But some people dont remember getting biten by any kind of animals. rabies can be transmited trhough animals such as bats and cats and more. Bats are the most common rabies transmiters.

on the theory of Poe died from alcohol posing hear are some pieces of evidence. the first piece of evidence the have that he died from alcohol poisoning is he was seen at a bar in an other persons clothes, a couple hour's before he ended up in the hospital. The detail of it doesn't seem made-up to me, I of course see the theories in this article tested and proven. This article proves the death of Edgar Allen Poe. This article not only explains the theories but proves them in great detail and understanding. The information os reliable.

Also, I see the information Dr. Benitez uses as consistent through his argument of his theory. And, his information does not seem made-up like the other article theories, It doesn't show great detail of the whole day and no exact answer for his death. The information shown to me is obvious. I defend choice strongly and have no second thoughts on what I think is the right article. I did not choose Article 1: "Rabies Death Theory", becauseit was obvious there was no deetail of the death or even really a great theory of how Poe died. Also, I did not choose Article 2: "If Only Poe Had Succeeded When He Said Nevermore to Drink", because all the information just wasn't consistent with the story. Last but not Least, Artcle 3: "Poe's Final Days" this article seems unrealistic, and it doesn't even get to the point. Poe's death could have been a combination of alcohol and rabies. That's my opinion. If you take a look there isn't that much evidence to be sure on what it is. Poe could of drank for so many years, that he got bit one night with out even noting. Or Poe could of had a one time drinking experience to where he gotten rabies. In all these articles, the killer seems to be rabies or alcoholism. In the first articles, all they taled about was rabies and it seemed like rabies did kill him, but it showed little proof. As the articles tells it will take about a year for rabies to show or see symptoms of it. In all these articles his abnormal behavior was all told in a few days then leading to his death? But if it was rabies how exactly can they wonit was rabies, I mean it needs about a year to show symptoms and when they started showing symptoms like after a year it has to be rabies!? All though it dose show resnable arguments against acoholism I so not see how rabies could and can be the cues his deth. though there was a part i found very intriging , the trama that went on in his brian. From the two different opinions i read about Edgar Poe, i would have to say that i agree with the rabies death more. I feel this way because they have so much more evidence and what they say actually makes sense and fits in with all the clues they had. The strong reasons that help me believe this is that they explain how Poe had a few symptoms and acted a pretty strange way, which is what happens when you have rabies.
I also believe that the people who believed he had died from alcohol need to explain themselves alot more and better! I don't believe you can just go on and say you think something, you have to have evidence and proof and have strong beliefs on what you think. They don't even say that its something that has happened before in the past to someone else, and that its possible it could have happened again to him. I have no idea what rabies does and what the symptoms are. I have little knowledge of what alcohol can do. Though I believe that Edgar Allan Poe died of rabies.
I belive this because he died within four days of becoming ill. It is more plausible for him to die of rabies because alcohol can't kill you unless you take a very high dose. If that happens, you die almost immediately and Poe stayed away from drinking as much as possible.
He did hallucinate, which can be caused by alcohol, but only when one is drunk. Poe wasn't drunk when he hallucinated. However, rabies causes most victoms to succomb to hydrophobia, fear of water, and Poe didn't.

Phillip and his parents argued about leaving. They decided to leave so they left the island. Phillip never wanted to leave the island but he had to. They got on the S.S Hato and left. Phillip’s mom was secured because of the war. That’s why Phillip’s mom decided to leave. The Hato was torpedoed on there way to there journey.
Phillip lands on a deserted island in the middle of the Caribbean. He gets saved by Timothy. Timothy then becomes his mentor. He realizes that Phillip is blind because he couldn’t really see. Timothy prepares Phillip on how to get around the island. Timothy teaches him a lot of things about the island. Timothy slapped Phillip because he wants him to do something of his own. So then Phillip now’s how to fish and climb a tree. After this one storm there was Phillip gets right to work. He does that because he realizes he was doing a lot of things for him.
Phillip stayed in the island for about a month alone. He gets saved from the island. He gets back home but he still can’t see. He gets a lot of operations because he wants his sight to come back. All those operations helped Phillips sight come back, but he had to use glasses. He knows how it felt to be blind. Back then he didn’t like black people. But now he does. He spends all of his time at the market with them.
Phillip’s story shows a true Hero’s journey. Phillip is called away. During his journey he overcomes a lot with help from Timothy. Phillip proves himself an epic true hero.

Wellll we all know she had waited weeks and weeks and she still havent go no bank. So she figured a idea to get some money she had chopped her hair off to get money!! That was a good thing cause she got 20 pasos and thats way more than she had so she was pretty excited cause she can finnaly get JIM a present...BUt um, now ima tell yall people reading this what she had got him for chrismas!!!!!
She searched and searched and she didnt know what to get him, but she wasnt really trippin because she had that money to get him something so she was all happy! Then she finnaly found a store and she went in there and she wa lookin around and around to find him something

When jim got go home he was dissapointed to see her hair because he had got her a exspensive comb set that she been wanting for a while now...But she asured him that her hair will grow back fast but you can tell he was still mad though....So she eventually gave him his present he like it you van tell but he just didnt put word out like that but he did though....

I thought the Main Ideas was that Della and Jim did the best they could to get each other presents. Also gave up something that matters a lot to them. Even though they didn't have any money. And If they did it was too little. Della saved up all of her money; so she could buy her husbend Jim a present for Christmas. Yet when it came around Christmas time she only had one dollar and eighty cents.
Della felt really bad because she wanted to get her husband Jim a present. So she fluttered out the door and down the stairs to the street. She than read a sign that said " Mme. Sofronie. Hair Good of All Kinds." As soon as she read that she headed inside. Next she saw Madame and asked "If she could bought hair?" Madame said " I buy hair. "Take yer hat off and let's have a sight at the looks of it." Madame liked her hair so she bought it for twenty dollars.
But little did Della know that her husbend sold his watch for her present "the combs." I think Della and Jim both felt bad for selling something that was valuable to them. For example Della said "Jim, daring," she cried, "Dont' look at me that way. I had my hair cut off and sold it because I couldn't have lived through Christmas without giving you a present." Della a poor wife trying to buy something for her husband Jim. But she only had a $1.87. so she went to town and sold most of her hair for $20.00 and then went looking for gift. She found a little chain for his watch.

After that Jim the husband sold his watch and, so he could buy a gift for his wife Della. After that they both went home to exchange gift's. But they both did have what the gift were meant for. Like Della's hair and Jim's watch so in the end they both gave up somthing they care about for each other.

The main idea of this story would be, That things work in many strange and mysterious ways. For examole in this story a woman named Della wants to get her husband the perfect gift for Christmas. In order to do that she sacrifices her hair to sell it and get more money. I believe the theme of the story "Gift of the Magi" is if you love someone you are willing to do anything and sacrifice your pride and joy because you love that person and want to make them happy no matter what.

I also believe that the other part of the theme is not just love but the sacrifice you make for that person. It's not easy like throwing away a piece of paper you have that you can easily throw away. Your giving up something for that person that is close to your heart that actually means something to you and your doing all for the love of that person just to make them happy. But, your also surrendering yourself to that person it's like letting them know that your willing to change your life to be with them.

I think the theme of the story is that people will do anything for love. They sacrifice even their most valueable stuff to get stuff for their loved ones. Love can be an endlessthing, too.

In the story, Della is trying to get a Christmas present for her husband, Jim. she starts out with a dollar and eighty-seven cents. She goes to hair goods of All kinds to sell her hair. she gets twenty dollars and then goes looking around stores for a present.
